1. We shall only reserve the ordered goods for you within 24 hours from sending a copy of this invoice to you.

2. ⁠Should you require us to reserve the ordered goods for you, kindly let us have a copy of your proof of full payment within 24 hours from sending a copy of this invoice to you.

3. ⁠In the alternatives, you may place a deposit of at least 50% of the total price of this invoice should you require us to reserve the ordered goods for you beyond 24 hours.

4. ⁠Kindly let us have a copy of your proof of payment to enable us to deliver or hand over the ordered goods to you or your representative(s).

5. ⁠Kindly ensure or cause your representative/logistic personnel to ensure that the products received are correct and accurate.

6. ⁠We hold no responsibilities where the purchased goods are lost or damaged in the course of delivery.

7. ⁠We do not cover delivery charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. ⁠Please be informed that no refund, return or exchange is allowed upon the delivery of our product unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. ⁠The colour of each batch of product will be slightly different. As such, kindly mention the batch number or present with us the physical sample before placing order.

10. ⁠Please note that the colour and texture of the goods with protective film attached may be inaccurate when observed with unaided eyes.

11. ⁠Kindly remove the protective film attached on the goods (if any) upon installing that particular goods to ensure the goods installed are correct.

12. ⁠You may refer to the installation guide(s) published in our official website before installing the purchased product. Please note product installed not in accordance to the said installation guide will not be subject to our product warranty.

13. ⁠Please note that we shall not be responsible for any labour costs incurred in whatsoever circumstances.
